As a small business owner myself I am always pleased whenever I'm personally involved with another company who believes in excellence in customer service.
On October 4, 2010 I placed an order with Dawson Precision for a Versa-Pouch at which time I also posted a note on my order for spare parts as I had lost the inserts for one of my Versa-Pouches during a move. Since Dawson didn't carry spare parts for the Versa-Pouch, they suggested that I contact the manufacturer and prepare myself for the two month wait.
On October 8, 2010, I sent an email to RESCOMP Export of, South Africa, via email asking them for pricing on replacement parts for the Versa-Pouch. I received two emails from Marcia Resca of RESCOMP Export. The first email said, yes, they had them and would mail them to me. The second email stated that there would be no charge for the parts that I insisted to pay for.
The replacement parts arrived in the U.S. postal mail on October 25, 2010 in a registered envelope and I have attached a picture as evidence to Rescomp's excellence in customer service. Unbelievable customer service from an exceptional company in, South Africa, should be recognized and shared as it is so rare in today's business world. In case you didn't notice, that's two sets of replacement parts.
